Kairos Conference Center

The Kairos Conference Center accommodates up to two groups at a time. It contains 20 bedrooms, a Great Room, the new Agape Room, a Garden Room, and other small group areas.

Meeting Spaces
The largest group will use the Great Room as a primary meeting area. The smaller group will be assigned another meeting room, and will share the Great Room for meals and community events. Each group will be assigned a block of bedrooms based on group size.

The Great Room has a Fireplace/Wood-Burning Stove with a lounge-furniture area. Across the room from the fireplace is the Dining Area, which is adjacent to the Kitchen-Serving area with coffee/drinks/snacks. This large space can accommodate several break-out groups as needed. It also has a Worship Center with a piano, and a Garden Room. There is a meeting area for small groups, with direct access to the St. Francis Garden. It can be used as “Play Room” for children and youth with adult supervision, and has a variety of board games and puzzles available for use.

The Agape Room

This space is the finest meeting room at Koinonia. It is able to seat forty people very comfortably, and is used for quality education space, fellowship, or for worship and devotions. This room allows the Conference Center to serve two groups at the same time, or allow individual groups to have both active and quiet activities at the same time. The space also has a very convenient coffee and food service area to enhance the "Koinonia" appeal of the gathering space.
