A Special Meeting of The Corporation 
(Martin Luther Camp Corp (Koinonia)) has been called by the Board of Directors

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. Update everyone on steps that have been taken toward remediating the mold in the Camp buildings;

2. Pass three resolutions that will be brought by the Board;

a) Vote on new member congregations

b) Vote to move ahead with remediation process
- Executive Director shall sign the remediation contract and proceed, as disclosed

c) Vote on additional items in connection with remediation / reopening
- Construction loan to assist with associated costs
- Authorization to begin a fundraising campaign in connection with the remediation/reopening 

3. There will also be time to discuss the future mission and ministry of Koinonia.

The meeting will open and end with prayer.

Member congregations and schools of Koinonia. We ask that each member send two to three delegates to the meeting.
