In collaboration with member congregations, the Metro NY Synod, and local partners, Koinonia will provide opportunities, programs, facilities and a creative and dedicated staff to serve congregations, families, and individuals. With the support and joyful work of many, Koinonia will become a "flourishing outdoor community that cultivates transformation and ripples peace and reconciliation to the world." - 2022 Vision Statement

Gifts Help

Ministry Happen

Charitable contributions make this ministry accessible to all people of all ages and presere and maintain the land and facilities that welcome them. 

Your gifts to Koinonia

  • Provide financial support to any participant who needs financial assistance to visit Koinonia

  • Ensure that the finest Christian staff are secured to service as Christian guides and models for each guest's experience. 

  • Maintain and improve the facilites at Koinonia.

  • Assist with the development of new innovative programs to enable the minstry to better serve

  • Strengthen Koinonia for future growth and development

Your Invitation

The “Common Ground Family” was established to provide a firm financial base for the programs of Koinonia. Common Ground Family donors (individuals, families and congregations) have faithfully supported Koinonia, through its growth and struggles, for more than a half-century of transformative ministry.

You are invited to join this faithful group of individuals and families and participate as a partner in ministry with Koinonia by becoming a member of the Common Ground Family. You may do so through a gift of $250 or more annually. Your gifts will bless the lives of children, adults and families as they are touched by the power of the Gospel as they participate in Koinonia’s ministry.

Benefits of membership as a “Common Ground Family” member:​

  • A memento of your generosity for your home or office. 

  • Listing on the donor honor roll in newsletter and the annual report.

  • Invitations to special events for donors.

  • Most importantly, the knowledge that your gifts are helping give people of all ages Christ-centered experiences that will bless their lives. 

You may respond to this invitation by simply clicking HERE. Upon receipt of your "Common Ground Family" commitment you will be listed on the honor roll of members for the current year. Requests for anonymity will, of course, be honored. ​
