Fryer for the Conference Center Kitchen - $2,000
Our biggest need!! Preparing meals for our retreat groups and Day Campers is an enormous job! Right now, Lewis is cooking most things in the oven, which gets cramped and hard to get a consistent product quickly! With a fryer, things like French fries, chicken, and others will be hot and ready in a matter of minutes, perfectly cooked to order!
