Friday Night

Late arrivals 8-9pm

Time to settle in, get acquainted, enjoy the Christmas tree, hot chocolate and snacks (cookies) light fare, movie, Christmas carols, icebreaker to start talking – have an emoji with a picture – which one would you choose? 

 

Saturday Morning

• 9:00 – Breakfast (8:30 bagels and toast – hot meal at 9:00)

• 10:00 – Prayer and Devotion – the reason for this season – 45 minutes

• 11:00 – Choir (to sing Sunday morning)

•             Art and Craft (set up painting, light, origami)

• 12:00 – Lunch

• 1:00 – Art and Craft (set up painting, light, and origami)

•             Children’s Hike

• 2:00 – Instruction on the Festival of Lights

• 3:00 – Cooking creation (making the sides for the meals)

•             Outdoor time

• 5:30 – Dinner (Matt does the meat) 

• 7:00 – Nativity Walk – English and Spanish

• 8:00 – tea and coffee and cookies
